We will have a short conversation, just to ask a few questions and learn more about the home you are looking to sell and your current situation.

We will schedule a time assess the house in person if possible. We will then come up with our cash offer for you. There are no hidden fees or deductions upon closing. We pay closing costs.

Once you agree on the best possible as-is offer, you’ll receive your contract to sell. We will send this by email, overnight mail, or fax. You will have a week accept, to sign, and return. 

Once we have the signed contract back to us, you will set a closing date. Then we will sign the Title Paperwork. After,  you will receive your funds via bank check, money wire, or certified funds.
